Shipping to the USA – Important Update

Recent U.S. policy changes (Executive Order, effective August 29, 2025) have created some uncertainty about how shipments into America may be processed. Some customers are concerned about the possibility of new tariff fees or delays.

We want to reassure you that most of our products are made in Canada and the United States and normally qualify for duty-free entry under CUSMA/USMCA. This means your orders should remain tariff- and duty-free.

What to Expect

  • For the vast majority of orders, shipping and delivery continue just as before, without extra steps or costs.
  • We are in regular contact with couriers, postal services, and agencies to ensure a smooth process.
  • Orders are shipped from Canada with UPS or FedEx and include tracking.
  • In rare cases, customs may randomly select a package for review, which could cause a short delay or a fee. These situations are uncommon but cannot be fully ruled out, as they are beyond our control.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot reroute or correct packages once they have shipped.
  • In the rare event that a package is refused or held because customs fees are not paid, we are not able to issue a refund or replacement. We’ll always do our best to support you, but customs decisions are beyond our control.
  • Once shipped, your order will include a tracking number. This is the same information available to both you and us — contacting us will not provide additional details beyond what is shown online.

Track your shipment online

You can easily track your package using the Canada Post website or the USPS website once the package has entered the United States.

Important Notice:

Some customers miss the USPS delivery attempt notice, and by the time they realize their package hasn't arrived, it may have already been returned to us. To avoid this situation:

  1. Check Tracking Frequently: Regularly check the USPS website with your tracking number.
  2. Delivery Attempt: If the USPS tracking page indicates a delivery attempt but you didn't find a notice, please contact USPS immediately.
  • Contact USPS: Call 1-800-222-1811 and speak to a representative. Provide your tracking number and ask for the address, phone number, and hours of operation of the local postal unit holding your package. You can schedule a redelivery or pick it up in person. For pickup, a photo ID is required.

Please note that our Customer Service Center has no additional information beyond what is available on the USPS tracking website.

Avoiding Return Fees:

If you do not check the tracking status and USPS holds the package for 15 days (expedited) or 5 days (Xpress) without action, it will be returned to us, incurring additional costs:

  • Re-sending Fee: $30.00 - This fee covers the cost of USPS returning the package to us ($18.00) and resending it to you ($12.00). We do not profit from this service; it covers labor and packaging materials.
  • Cancellation Fee: $20.00 - If you choose to cancel your order, this fee covers the return shipping cost ($18.00) and credit card transaction fees. Again, we do not profit from this fee; it offsets our costs for labor and packaging materials.

  • Re-sending Fee: $100.00 - This fee covers the cost of Canada Post returning the package to us ($50.00) and resending it to you ($50.00). We do not profit from this service; it covers labor and packaging materials.
  • Cancellation Fee: $50.00 - If you choose to cancel your order, this fee covers the return shipping cost ($50.00) and credit card transaction fees. Again, we do not profit from this fee; it offsets our costs for labor and packaging materials.
